Both cameras stopped getting motion pictures

Please post a screen shot of the status report from the app for both cameras. There are so many things we need to know before we can really help.
Have you looked at the SD cards to see if the cameras are not taking pics, are taking pics but not sending them, or sending them to the portal (my.spartancamera.com) but they aren’t getting to the app?
