    What is the camera model? Is your data plan good and what about your credits if using premium/app?

    Verizon 4G. Credits are good, so is data plan.

    Is the firmware up to date? I have also seen a bad/incompatible memory card cause this. Make sure the SD card is a name brand class 10 no larger then 32gb and 16 or 8 gb is even better. Cards do go bad so even if it was working before the SD card could still be the problem. Which Verizon 4g, the Z4 or the V4gb?

    V4GI. Can I update the firmware remotely? I suppose not without service to the camera.... SD card was replaced. I use all class 10 8GB.

    You need to update the firmware manually since it's not connecting. Scroll down on this link for the manual update instructions, the link for the updates page is there as well.

    I did everything you said, still doesnt have service. When I try to click the "module FW Update" it says "System Busy" and won't do anything.

    I got the FW updated and reset default settings. Turned off and back on, still won't find service.....

    Check the information tab on the camera, make sure the IMEI number is showing and that it matches the number on the sticker. If you have any pending commands in camera management cancel them. I would also try a different memory card just to be sure.

    If you are trying it inside take it outside, default the camera, turn it off and back on and see if it finds signal.

    I'm using my third Sandisk Class 10 8 GB card. The card isn't the issue. I've formatted two and put one brand new one in. I also tried two Class 4 Sandisk cards and one PNY.

    Are you using premium service (portal/app)? If so, have you confirmed that you have premium credits?
