I'm receiving pictures to my email and not to my app... Looks like I got app all setup just not downloading them to the page. Other than that so far I'm liking the camera. Thanks Brian

  Make sure that the camera is set to premium and not auto and that you use the same log in username and password for the online portal that you do for the app. You can also try logging out of the app and back in.

  Brian,

  Is the camera showing on your app? If so, and after you have done the things Johnny mentioned, here are some articles about settings within the app itself and on your phone. I don’t know whether you are using Android or iPhone so I’m linking both articles for device settings.
