Cam worked fine last year through Verizon I currently have 6 credits turned cam on with good signal and sad card installed . It’s telling me I am getting pics but won’t download to app to view

Are the pictures getting to the online portal or anywhere else (email or text)? What is telling you that you have pictures, the camera saying it's sending them or the app saying it has them? If it's the app try logging out and back in. Also make sure it's up to date and that all app permissions are allowed.
