I have reactivated my camera and shared with past people. They cannot get pictures. Says no camera. Redownloaded the app and still no luck. Any ideas.

  So you sent them the email link and they accepted?

  Android or iOS? If they’ve accepted then the problem may be settings.

  Also make sure that they are looking at the shared cameras page, not the my cameras page.

  Both have android. I have sent the email and they accepted. Shows no camera on account. Both had no issues in the past. I deleted them and re added them with ne email and still no camera. Sent to a new person and works fine.
  Just confused......

  Make sure that you are sending the link to the email that they used to create their Spartan account with. Also have them go into their phone settings (not the app) and go to apps and find the Spartan camera management app and clear the data and the cache for the app and see if that works.
