Replacing my Android phone with a new Android phone. How do I get the app working on the new phone?

    You don't need the camera at all. Just download the app and log in using the same email and password as you used on the other phone and/or the portal and you should be all good to go. The camera should show up as soon as you log in.

    If the app was installed on your new phone from your old phone, you need to clear the data and cache. Instructions are in this article. 

    Other than that, just logging in to the app on the new phone should have everything working. Your camera and settings should be there.

    It seems likely my problem arose because the new phone was setup using Samsung's app "Smart Switch" to transfer settings, etc.  The solution that worked was to uninstall/delete the Spartan app from the both the old phone and the new phone.  Then to download/install the Spartan app from PlayStore and login!  Everything was there as described.  Thanks for the timely advice.
