Replacing my Android phone with a new Android phone. How do I get the app working on the new phone?
I bought a new Android phone. The app worked fine on the old phone. I installed the app on the new phone but am unable to add the camera to the app on the new phone. I will no longer be using the app on the old phone. How do I get the app on the new phone to operate the way the app on the old phone worked? Do I need to delete the camera from the app on the old phone? Then delete the app from the old phone? Then add the camera to the app on the new phone? Can I make the change without having physical access to the camera?
NOTE: It is a GoLive camera.

If the app was installed on your new phone from your old phone, you need to clear the data and cache. Instructions are in this article.
Other than that, just logging in to the app on the new phone should have everything working. Your camera and settings should be there.

It seems likely my problem arose because the new phone was setup using Samsung's app "Smart Switch" to transfer settings, etc. The solution that worked was to uninstall/delete the Spartan app from the both the old phone and the new phone. Then to download/install the Spartan app from PlayStore and login! Everything was there as described. Thanks for the timely advice.
