How do I request a hi-res photo or video from the portal?

Log in to your account at my.spartancamera.com.
On the Camera Management page, view the information for the camera then click on any thumbnail to get to the Camera Photos page.
On the Camera Photos page, click on the photo for which you want to request the hi-res photo or video.
View the thumbnail for which you want to request the hi-res photo and/or video, then click on the appropriate icon.
