- Log in to your account at my.spartancamera.com.
- On the Camera Management page, view the information for the camera then click on any thumbnail to get to the Camera Photos page.
- On the Camera Photos page, click on the photo for which you want to request the hi-res photo or video.
- View the thumbnail for which you want to request the hi-res photo and/or video, then click on the appropriate icon.
