Here are the instructions on how to change the email on your account:
Please know: You can only change your account email to a non-registered account. If you are trying to change to an email that already been registered on spartancamera.com, please send an email to support@spartancamera.com with your old and new email.
1. Log on my.spartancamera.com/home, then go to Account > User Profile
2. Click on the EDIT button on the top right. Input your new email, then click the Update button at the bottom.
3. Next, you'll receive an email for "Security Alert: Email Change Requested" in your old email to notify the change request.
Then you'll receive an email "Email Update Verification" sent to the new email. When you receive the "Email Update Verification" email, click the button that says "Verify new email" to complete the email update.
4. Once you click on the "Verify new email" button in "Email Update Verification" email, it will take you to the login page, with the message "Email update verification was successful, please log in again." Now you can log in with the new email!
If you are using the mobile app. After the email change is complete, please log out and log back in on your mobile app with the new email.
