We always recommend sending a photo manually before deploying the camera in the field.
After you finish programming the camera, in Setup mode with the live preview window showing (before you enter the menu), with the camera connected to the cellular network and showing signal bars, press OK to take a picture and press OK again to send. You should see the camera go through Setting...Sending...Sent.
- If the camera stuck on Setting, it's usually an indication that the camera doesn't have a good data connection. You can confirm by performing a Hello Test (Menu > Wireless > Diagnostic > Hello Test). If the Hello Test fails, please double check the data service on your device.
- If the camera stuck on Sending, please replace the SD card and try again. SD card information
