Use a browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, DuckDuckGo), to log in to your account at my.spartancamera.com.
On the Camera Management page, open the Menu then choose Subscription, and choose Data Plans. Then on the Data Plans page, click "Activate Camera".
Using the app
From the Settings tab of the app, tap Subscription Management.
Activating the camera and purchasing data
On the Data Plans page, click "Activate Camera".
Type your camera's IMEI in the space provided. It's on a sticker on the top of the camera's screen and on the box the camera came in. Then tap/click Verify Module ID.
Once the camera's IMEI is identified, it will display the device model. Next, enter the ICCID (SIM card number). It is usually on the sticker next to the IMEI. If not, then on the SIM card chip. Then tap/click Next.
Now you can select a plan or add to an Active plan on your account (If applicable).
Start a New Plan - Choose your plan, review and check the box for the agreement to terms and policies, then tap/click Next.
If you have an active plan on your account, you can choose the "Add camera to an existing plan" option. Select a plan with add-a-line availability, then tap/click Select.
Review the plan you added to cart, add or update payment method, then tap/click Pay with default card #### to check out.
After you have checked out, you will receive a receipt email and also an activation email. Once you receive the activation email, you are ready to add your camera to your account and continue setting it up.
